IMPORTANT FITMENT INFORMATION
For early model 49377-00510 turbochargers, the VG nozzle assembly used in the manufacture of the turbo was VG nozzle assembly 49302-05011. Although MHI have superseded and improved the VG nozzle assembly design, the current part number 49302-05115 is not backwards compatible due to an increased height to the VG nozzle assembly and a subsequent design change to the turbine housing to accommodate.
Please check the design of the original VG nozzle assembly within the turbocharger prior to ordering.
